Many years ago, I wanted to compile a timeline and encyclopedia of Isaac's Robots and Foundation universe. The first thing I did was to take notes as I read. I have many, many pages of handwritten notes I took during that time, detailing dates and hints for a timeline, character names, place names, and technology info -- basically, anything that looked interesting. Unfortunately, they ould only do me any good in computer form. For a while, I doggedly retyped some of my notes into the computer, but the job was too big for me, so I gave up. However, I thought the stuff I did manage to type would be useful, so these notes were among the few things I had on my first web page, back... uh... at least five years ago. I hope somebody can get some use out of these notes.
